The Beautiful Octopus Club is back! We are so excited to return to Southbank Centre with our groundbreaking inclusive club night of music and art on Friday 7 September. This year will be an unmissable evening of performances from Heart n Soul's bands and artists including Lizzie Emeh, The Fish Police, Pino Frumiento and Tilley Milburn. We'll also have our Club DJs playing chart topping tunes, as well as exhibitions of our vibrant artwork. This year the club is part of Unlimited, Southbank Centre's festival championing the work of disabled artists.

The club's history
The Beautiful Octopus Club is London’s longest running inclusive club night. Created by Heart n Soul in 1995, the club features live performances from artists with and without learning disabilities, DJs & VJs and vibrant visual art. Check out photos of past Beautiful Octopus Clubs!
Many people will now know the club as a huge Heart n Soul event at the Southbank Centre attended by over 3000 people, but it began 22 years ago on a Wednesday evening with 100 people at the Albany. Over fifty inclusive club events have been set up based on The Beautiful Octopus Club, some by us, some with our help and some on their own. See the Clubs Networks page for more information. Throughout the year we have plenty of other opportunities for you to take part, check out our Allsorts, Do Your Own Thing and Deptford Club Night events!
