Heart n Soul is an award-winning creative community and arts charity. We believe in the power and talents of people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We work together to make great art with imagination, love and trust. At Heart n Soul everyone is valued, and leadership is shared. We can be ourselves, make change happen and have fun!

What do we do?

We are based in South London and hold events and activities in person and online. Heart n Soul offers a place for people to create, connect and help to lead change.

Create – We offer regular creative activities for adults and young people. It’s a place to explore new things and express themselves. We encourage people to discover their own path, making music and art in the way they want. We also support artists to develop, perform and exhibit.

Connect – Heart n Soul is a kind and caring community where people can be themselves. At our events people connect with each other, socialise, make friends and meet new people.

Change – At Heart n Soul we use art and creativity to influence change in areas that affect our community. We share how we work with other organisations to inspire change.
